Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total safari cost. The balance is due 30 days before the start date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
2. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before departure: 90% refund
- 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
3. Gorilla Trekking Permits
Gorilla permits are non-refundable once issued. Permit fees are set by the respective wildlife authorities and may change without notice. We will inform you of the current price at the time of booking.
4. Travel Insurance
All travelers are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation. Proof of insurance must be provided before departure.
5. Health Requirements
A valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required for entry into Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya. We recommend consulting your doctor regarding malaria prophylaxis and other vaccinations.
6. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated promptly and alternatives of equal value will be provided.
7. Liability
Altech Sphere Tourism acts as an agent for accommodations, transport, and other service providers. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from acts of third parties or force majeure.
8. Acceptance
By booking a safari with us, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
